Have you ever seen this movie? It’s about an wandering handyman who meets up with a group of German nuns, who are convinced that he was sent to them by God.
In this scene, he is trying to teach them how to speak English…I especially love the part where he speaks in Black dialect and they copy him PERFECTLY in their German accents!
I had never actually seen Lillies of the field. Wow and its Sidney Poitier no less! That guy shoulda been James Bond… wicked suave. I think to some degree Denzel Washington tries to imitate him but to no avail. Great Clip! Thanks Julia
